What our guests love about Villa Peninsula is the closeness in this apartment; built on one floor, the three bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms are perfectly located to have privacy in each one and also to be able to walk around the entire apartment in seconds. The infinity pool, along with the kitchen and living room in the same environment make this area the meeting and relaxation area.

This apartment is perfect for relaxing or going out and explore, and having everything close at hand.

    Being on the water and a ten-minute walk from the town center at once — the bay and the village, with no need to choose between them.

  • Is it a house or an apartment?

    It is a single-level villa that lives like a house, with no internal stairs (you climb one level to enter).

  • Where is it, and how do you get there?

    In Puerto Mío, a ten-minute walk from Zihuatanejo's center and Caleta Contramar. You arrive by land, by car or taxi; no boat is required.

  • How many guests does it sleep?

    It sleeps six, with room for up to eight (two additional). Each extra guest is US$50 per day.

  • What service is included?

    Daily housekeeping. The cooking service is optional — a cook on advance request, MXN 500 per day.

  • Are meals included?

    No; the groceries go through our shopping service (MXN 600 per stay plus the cost of the food).

  • Is there a pool and air-conditioning?

    Yes — an infinity pool overlooking the bay, and air-conditioning in every bedroom.

  • Is it near the center?

    Yes, a ten-minute walk to the center and the malecón.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Considered case by case, with certain restrictions; do ask us.

  • Is there parking?

    One parking space is included; additional parking a short distance away is MXN 150 per day.

  • Are events allowed?

    No; weddings and events are held only at Casa Las Gatas.
