The house features five bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, plus outdoor showers in four of the bedrooms for bathing under the palm trees.

What makes Casa Las Gatas special?
It is a beachfront house that can only be reached by boat, at a point at the end of Playa Las Gatas: total disconnection, nature and open sea, with the city on the other side of the bay.
Is Casa Las Gatas on the beach?
It faces the sea, on a rocky point at the end of Las Gatas Beach; the front of the house is made of rock. The sandy beach, with its reef, is just steps away.
How do I get there?
Accessible only by boat (panga); there is no road access. We can help you arrange transfers with local boatmen.
Is there a cost for the boat transfer?
Access is by boat, operated by local boatmen, at an approximate cost of $600 MXN for a round trip, depending on the time of day. We can help you arrange it.
How many people can it hold?
It accommodates 10 guests, with the option for 15 (5 additional guests). Each additional guest costs $50 USD per day. There are 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
What service is included?
Full kitchen service: cook, waiter, chambermaid and porter, from 9:00 to 18:00.
Does it include food?
No; the kitchen service is included, but the pantry is on your own with the shopping service ($1,500 per stay plus the cost of the food; you send a fund 3 days before and we give you the accounts).
