One of the greatest assets of this Villa is the two environments in which it is built; on the entrance floor the wonderful infinity pool with the palapa of the kitchen, dining room and living room of great length to spend hours on end. 

Downstairs, the three bedrooms each have a full bathroom; one with a king bed, one with three single beds and the third with two double beds and one single.

The diversity of room layouts in this villa makes it perfect for different groups; friends, families with children, etc. 

All rooms in this property are air-conditioned. The rental of this house includes daily cleaning service, also you can hire a cook with previous notice.

    It is the sociable villa: two levels, with an infinity pool and palapa upstairs to while away the day, and bedrooms below for every kind of group. Made for gathering.

  • Where is it?

    In Puerto Mío, a ten-minute walk from the town of Zihuatanejo and Caleta Contramar. It is reached by land.

  • How many guests does it sleep?

    It sleeps six, with room for up to eight (two additional). Each extra guest is US$50 per day. It is a two-level villa.

  • Who is it ideal for?

    Groups and families: it offers a varied mix of beds — king, twins, and doubles.

  • How are the bedrooms arranged?

    Three en-suite bedrooms: one with a king, one with three twin beds, and one with two doubles and a single.

  • What service is included?

    Daily housekeeping. The cooking service is optional — a cook on advance request, MXN 500 per day.

  • Are meals included?

    No; the groceries go through our shopping service (MXN 600 per stay plus the cost of the food).

  • Is there a pool and air-conditioning?

    Yes — an infinity pool with a palapa, and air-conditioning in every bedroom.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No, pets are not accepted at Villa Loremar.

  • Is there parking?

    One parking space is included; additional parking a short distance away is MXN 150 per day.
