    Services included in this reservation: The rental of this house includes daily cleaning service. A cook can also be hired with prior notice between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Boat transportation is provided for check-in and check-out. *IMPORTANT: Access to the house is only by boat. Dock parking costs 150 pesos per day per car.

  • Where is?

    Facing the sea, on the rocky point at the end of Playa Las Gatas (next to Casa Las Gatas); the front is rocky and the sandy beach is a few steps away.

  • How do I get there?

    Accessible only by boat (panga); there is no road access. We can help you arrange transfers with local boatmen.

  • Is there a cost for the boat transfer?

    Access is by boat, operated by local boatmen, at an approximate cost of $600 MXN round trip, depending on the time of day. We can arrange this. Parking at the dock is $150 MXN/day.

  • How many people can it hold?

    It accommodates 6 guests, with the option for 8 (2 additional guests). Each additional guest costs $50 USD per day. There are 3 bedrooms.

  • What service is included?

    Daily cleaning service. Kitchen service is optional (cook with prior notice, $500 MXN/day).

  • Does it include food?

    No; the pantry fee is for the shopping service ($1,200 per stay plus the cost of food).

  • Does it have air conditioning?

    Suites 1 and 2 do; room 1 does not have A/C.
