Are you a hotel?
No — and that's rather the point. You take an entire beachfront villa, yours and your party's alone, with a team to look after you: more room, your own kitchen, and everything at your own pace, rather than a room in a resort. Each villa has its own character, capacity, and rate.
How many villas are there?
Four: Casa Las Gatas, Cabaña Owen, Villa Península, and Villa Loremar.
Which villa suits my group?
Casa Las Gatas for larger groups and true seclusion; Cabaña Owen for couples or small parties with a bohemian soul; Villa Península to be steps from town; and Villa Loremar for families and groups who like to gather.

Where are the villas?
In Zihuatanejo, on Mexico's Guerrero coast. Casa Las Gatas and Cabaña Owen sit on Playa Las Gatas, reached only by boat; Villa Península and Villa Loremar are in Puerto Mío, a ten-minute walk from the town center.
How much does a stay cost?
Nightly rates begin at US$400 plus taxes and vary by villa and season.
Are meals included?
No. Food and drink are not included. We offer a cooking service (included at Casa Las Gatas; optional at the other villas for MXN 500 per day) and a grocery-provisioning service. See each villa for details.

Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, three nights.

When is the best time to visit Zihuatanejo?
Any time of year rewards a visit. The heaviest rains fall in August and September, while the coolest, most temperate months run from December through May.
Are there mosquitoes?
They are more present during the rainy months, June to September. We provide complimentary repellent.
